Pre-Closing Home Inspection across Westchester County, NY

We perform this prior to closing to create a punch-list for the home buyer prior to making the final payment to the contractor. This provides some leverage to the home buyer to ensure the contractor properly finishes off the job and turns the home over in perfect working order. The home buyer would receive a full Home Buyer's Inspection report detailing conditions and deficiencies with the home.
