Thomas A. Bianchi, P.E.

In addition to spending time on both the Town of Cortlandt Zoning Board and Planning Board (current member), with the help of his Mechanical Engineering degree from Manhattan College and more than 40 years of experience in commercial property management, Tom has seen it all.  Whether he was approving signed and sealed construction drawings, or ensuring construction of those plans went off without a hitch, he knows what to look for and where to look for it.

Jeffrey M. Gaspar, P.E.

After graduating with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College, Jeff has nearly 10 years of experience in  civil engineering design and construction inspection.  He has the technical expertise to identify those tell-tale signs of an issue that others wouldn't, and know when an issue that looks like it could be a mountain is actually a mole-hill.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet us until after you hire us. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and -- yes -- different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work -- a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own efforts. If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, we guarantee that we will give you our very best effort.  This we promise you.
